Om inspite of pain I still managed a trip to Silverstone and ended up in the paddock and sort of in the pitlane...IF I had had a 'teams pass' I would of been restricted as no photos, moblie phones etc could be used in the direction of the garages...

Saw Christian Horner and Adrian Newey from Red Bull - infact as I was already wearing a signed cap from DC, Doornobs and Christain Horner - it was only right to get Adrian to sign something - so it was my racingpredictions t shirt...along with Gary Parfett from DTM who was doing some testing..and Alex Wurz who is now ofcourse testing for Williams...

I will ensure that any decent pics taken will get onto the gallery section tomorrow...but a great day....Red Bull and Renault both stopped the session after spinning off plus another team which happened even before I got there...

Teams present

Renault, Mclaren, Williams, BMW, Red Bull, Torro Rosso, Midland, Honda with only teams missing being Ferrari and Super Aguri...Weather conditions cloudyish with the odd sunny spell but most of all dry....

Now Im totally knackered and in agony...so rest time is needed...but hey it was awesome being back and in the paddock/pitlane once again although totally unexpected

Yes a great day...paying for it today a little with the neck...( what was that about restricting movements of the neck to give the muscles chance to sort themselves out LOL) yeah ok..I was VERY good...a big as the passion and want to take the action panning shots...I did not do any of those ( I dont think) just hoping that the pics came out...after a total disaster with the first film.....fingers crossed eh !!

Yes brill day...next time though I will take some pics that people can actually see LOL...I was horrified to see ONE photo where Id actually missed the car totally BUT that was DC's fault
