depressing news for F1 fans who love racing

i cant say much more about thins BUT lets hope its NOT true... Afterall Scummi said HIMSELF that he would decide his future over summer...and it sure as hell aint summer YET

Schumi signs new two-year deal with Ferrari?

Ferrari team leader, Michael Schumacher has apparently agreed a deal to stay with the Scuderia in 2007 and 2008, having signed a new £60 million contact.

Although there is still no official confirmation from the team and no announcement is expected until the summer, British newspaper, The News of the World is reporting that the deal is done, although he has a special clause in it, that means he could quit one year early, if he felt the desire.

"Michael is going to carry on next year," a Ferrari 'insider' told the tabloid 'paper. "He sees no reason why he should retire because the motivation to win is still there. Only a few people at the team know the deal has been done."

Well, I think it will be fun to watch him sinking even deeper until he will have to put an end to his miserable career ! He could have stopped in unbelievable glory but greed takes its toll.

Come on, Scummi, Bring it on - the youngsters will kick your butt !

I have NOT lost my mind — I have it backed up on tape somewhere.

Good point Freddie.... It will be worth a giggle atleast...and with RBR realising that it was not in their favour lets say to go with the Ferrari crap engines... some good moves coming up there when their contract with Ferrari is over..
