Oh yeah?
Toyota's team president John Howett has dealt a knockout blow to rumours that Nick Heidfeld could be shaping up to join the Japanese squad next year.

To the German magazine Sport Bild, the Briton said that he considers 29-year-old Heidfeld to belong only to formula one's "upper midfield."

Howett also denied contact with Heidfeld's manager Werner Heinz, and - music to the embattled Ralf Schumacher's ears - insisted that replacing either Schumacher or Jarno Trulli would "not improve" the Toyota lineup.

He is right that Heidfeld is just an upper midfield driver but saying that replacing the two most pathetic drivers in F1 (After Christian Albers) would not improve the Toyota camp is exactly the reason why they are not living up to the expectations ! Or are their expectations to stay at the bottom of the rankings ? Is that their agenda ? Is that a new, supersmart advertising scheme which nobody has understood yet ? Now we all buy Toyotas because they have a lousy performance in F1 ? Will somebody please explain this to me ? I simply refuse to believe that somebody with such a paycheck can be so stupid !

I have NOT lost my mind — I have it backed up on tape somewhere.
