Reminder for Qualifying rules

Ok..this is one of those occasions when  some people might question their qualifying scores.... REMEMBER - we take qualifying as they START ON THE GRID.... which 9/10  is how they have qualified....but times like today's qualifying we do have a slight change with Scummi and others therefore moving on a position...
