The program calculates the deadline as midnight at race date minus 2 days, f.ex if the race is on a saturday, it takes midnight at two days before saturday, which in this case would be thursday

Yeah, the race date had slipped in as 13.07.2006 in the calendar instead of 13.08.2006.
