Poor Freddie.. I think hes being totally over worked at the moment... but I have contacted him to get him to put the podium finishers on here from Canada.... Newsletter is also in his very carefull hands and will be out to you all shortly ...so apologies for the delay

Actually I am not so poor at all - everything is going just great at the moment.

Overworked ? Hmmm, well, just too busy - I have piles of energy but not enough time to use it all. Is there any expression for that condition ? Overhyped ? LOL

Hope to get things a bit more under control soon - please bear with us everybody, thanks for your patience and understanding

Aww come on - I dont have that many - between 3 and 4 a day.....I have a bet idea for energy...stop putting me on split shifts at  work and trying to  fit in gym...cooking for the family and having a life  LOL
