Quite an interesting race!  Overtaking is always difficult at Imola so getting a good grid spot was crucial.  Michael was determined to get pole at all costs even if it meant that he had no decent tyres left for the race.  It worked though!!

The TV coverage missed some of the action lower down the field which is a bit of a shame.  The McLaren's started off nowhere but ended up with a podium, and the Honda's did kind of the opposite.  I don't think that Button could have got on the podium even if he didn't have the mistake in the pits.  I've backed him for a podium in the last 2 races but I might have to rethink my strategy there.

Yeah, but if Renault hadn't screwed up by calling Alonso in too early they would have won the race - really stupid call there from Flavio !

And for the coverage - the italians can only show one team - it is a known problem

But well done there Dan - come over for a beer one day !
