I was getting annoyed about the decreasing performance of the racingpredictions.com site, but of course with a two digit million number of hits per year the load on the servers had been increasing steadily.

Before going out to buy a new server I thought I might just try to increase the RAM signifcantly so I just tried that at it treally takes off now.

Sorry to everybody for the inconvenience - I hope you can now again enjoy the site. Of course there can be small delays of a few seconds now and then, web applications are very complex but I have incorporated a lot of failsafe and recovery measures.

If there is something you think could be improved then please let me know. You are also welcome to let us know if there is something you like in particular
