And why is it when someone IS exhausted they offer to do an EXTRA shift at work to help out ( I dont mind but I really do wonder why people do that - or is that only me being  daft enough LOL)

Apparewntly Red Bull works on some people. To be honest, it's never worked for me. But if you do try it, I suggest you try it warm, rather than chilled like they suggest on the can. Pour it into a cup and microwave it for about a minute. It's bloody gorgeous when it's mulled.
Before you judge a man walk a mile in his shoes. After that it doesn't matter, because he's a mile away and you have his shoes. Money can't buy you happiness, but it lets you be miserable in comfort.

Funny that you say Red Bull doesnt do much for you either Nev  ( apparently its nice if you dont mind the after taste with some vodka in it - dont somehow think I can get away with that at work though LOL)  but I will have to give that a try warmed up..

Just about to  head off into  work AGAIN..totally knackered...in total agony - but hey ....people still need to  eat :o)

No they don't. Let them starve. If you have to suffer you might as well make others suffer as well.
