LOL I think I should take up Freddies new hobby...not even had chance to get onto a computer the last 10 days or so....playing a round of golf with my friend Paul I managed to tear one of the main shoulder muscles which has been agony...had to have some time off work cos of it but Ive gone back today... reckon it was a little too early though...shoulder is killing again now..
