To get back onto the site and resume my work at racingpredictions.. I must thanks Freddie and Antero for holding fort while Ive been totally snowed under with my chef job... but ive actually got a few minutes to get onto here and say I AM still about..I know Freddie will be glad when Im back in full force..

I must though get some emails sent out to those people awaiting trophies from the end of last season.... as Ive had to change computers I have lost all details... so please bear with me while I get that sorted...I wil contact those of you as soon as time gives me more than a couple of minutes at a time on the computer...

Valentines day was a special day for me as I was left to soley sort out the entire menu ...and well at £25 a  head it had to be good... Im very happy with what I settled on...and food went down well....I wasnt so much watching what food was going out but watching the plates as they came back ....that to me said everything if the menu and ideas I had come up with had been a success or a failure.... Empty plates came back in 99% of cases and those that did leave some was due to the fact that they had loved it but were full.... It was a three course menu so a lot of hard work as it is all home made food...and well....I think I can be proud of myself for that day... it was a few weeks of 100% stress...so aplogies for being away for so long... I had asked Freddie to send out automatic caopies to everyone as I literally havent had time to send copies of entries out...but even if I only have one night a week to sort things out ..I will now get back onto things..

Roll on next month and the start of the new F1 series... once again apart from the late afternoon or early morning races I will have to miss them once again due to my role at work...but thankgod for sky plus eh !  LOL  atleast now I can record the races I miss..  Its going to be an interesting season and a few British drivers now joining in ...but hey NONE of them are DC...so good luck to him and the RBR team for this coming season...

And not long til the start of the MotoGP season ....I have everything crossed that Rossi can have the return of the championship..there is only one champ there in that field and it aint Nicky Hayden

See getting chance to post on here a bit now AND for the first time in a few weeks had chance to put entries in ...so I am coming back slowly but surely...Off to work again in about 30 mins but had a few moments to pop by..

Hahah  Freddie I will cook you  dinner when I finally get chance to get over to Switzerland.... probably when I am wrapped up in straight jackets and the men in white coats have finally come to save me
