How do YOU stay awake?

Ok..after this week it will be 20 out of 21 days Ive worked....Im ok at work when food orders come down ...you automatically kick into a different mode....but how in the hell do you stay awake other times?

And why is it when you go to bed so so tired that as soon as you close your eyes to go to sleep - you bloody well wake up and CANT sleep....

SO damn frustrating !"! :o(

Tell me about it...good job that'mode' clicked in today at work and IM only half way through my day...ON a couple of hours break now and back in for 5.30 and it could be up to about 11pm before Im back home depending on how busy it is....THEN tomorrow when I have the day off Im making luxury white chocolate cheese cake and bakewell....Yeap Im a right one for being punished eh !!
