Tried to book a flight to Belfast - quoted 55 quid on t'internet. Tried ages last night to do it, but couldn't get past a certain point. Kept getting the "page not found" message. Tried again this morning. Still got no further. Rang them up (on a premium rate number, quelle surprise) and after the inevitable menu queue, was told that we could book the tickets over the phone. But that would cost an extra twenty quid.

Why advertise a price on the internet if they have no intention of allowing you to buy it at that price???

Hmm must admit Ive never had a problem with BMI.. the trips I made out to Holland and last trip last year to Spain was all by BMI and put it through on the internet no problem...was even looking at the flights from them yesterday for Spain - although in the end I went through Thomsonfly ( I think) as it did eventually work out cheaper..but thats flying from Coventry
